Ijara Lease

A Sharia-compliant lease agreement where you pay a fixed monthly fee for a set period of time - making budgeting simple and easy. You receive all the benefits of owning a solar system without the monthly operation, monitoring, insurance and maintenance costs.

Sun4All offers Ijara Leases with flexible- terms and termination options at several increments throughout the term of the lease.

After the lease agreement has run its complete term, ownership of the energy system transfers to you for quiet enjoyment.

OUR SOLUTIONS

Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)

A PPA is simply an agreement in which a Sun4All develops, installs, owns, and operates an energy system at your property. You only pay for the energy used at a tariff that is up to 60% cheaper than your utility provider.

Sun4All offers PPAs with flexible- terms and buyout options at several increments throughout the term of the PPA.

Various exit options are available should you wish to sell your business. The agreement can easily be ceded to the new owner or the solar system can be transferred to your new premises.

1. Customer Assessment

Contact one of our friendly staff members or reach out to us on our website. We require monthly electricity bills or diesel consumption logs, your physical address and how many days your business operates. This enables us to confirm your energy consumption requirements.
